Duties include taking minutes, short hand (verbal not using a Dictaphone), answering the phone, correspondence, and scheduling. Past experience supporting a high level executive is required. Knowledge of word, excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory. This position pays $14/hour.

Your responsibilities will include working with vendors, coordinating with the New York office, heavy scheduling, heavy flight arrangements including national and international flight arrangements. You will need advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant support. In addition to professional duties you will be required to also attend to personal tasks. These would include, but are not limited to; booking professional commercial travel and also private travel (preference will be given to candidates that have booked private jets for executives), picking up dry-cleaning, buying gifs, dropping off information at the presidents house and managing his children schedules as well (i.e. a parent teacher conference at 2 pm on Tuesday). In addition you must be willing to do the lower level job duties like stocking the refrigerator, ordering office supplies, making coffee, ETC. This is a temporary to hire opportunity replacing an employee who going on maternity leave. Ideal candidate will be unflappable, be able to know when to make a decision and when to wait. Candidate must have impeccable judgment and not be too chatty. This is a temporary to hire opportunity that will pay $80-90K, plus bonus.*Only candidates that have a salary history of $80K plus for the last five years will be considered.

A Culver City bank is looking for a temp to hire customer service representative. Duties include both selling services (i.e. credit cards, personal loans, commercial loans, etc) as well as answering customer questions, interacting with the office, and basic computer work (word and excel). Knowledge of word and excel is required. The ideal candidate would have a past experience in both an inbound and outbound call center. On average someone would deal with 50-75 calls a day.
