For nine years, Janene has served as Assistant & LAN Administrator to the Managing Director and staff of the David L. Babson & Company Inc. Los Angeles Regional Real Estate office.  The Los Angeles office structures and services commercial mortgage loans, CMBS, REIT's and Co-Investment loans for the Western United States, Hawaii, Provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. Janene joined IAAP in August 1994 as a Member-At-Large; in 1995, a Charter Committee was formed to create a new Los Angeles Chapter.   Janene was elected President of the Committee, and upon the Charter of LA-Metropolis, Janene was elected the Chapters first President.   She served two terms and received the 1997-1998 Distinguished Chapter Presidents award at the International Convention and Education Forum held in Atlanta, Georgia. She resides in Los Angeles and enjoys visiting her son and his family in Laguna Niguel.
